Whoops. I accidentally added an infinite loop with my GCP modifications. D'oh!
Removed Patch and Log, ekkk. Added no data capture. Also cleaned up the user interface a little.
I accidentally threw away most of the points.
I also fixed a problem that was prohibiting rmax_adjust from compiling.
ASP was alreadying using it before (it's a system library). I'm adding this just to make life a little easier on RHEL6 systems. Also I fixed a dependency of align dem.
Problems I was fixing: * Isis Adjust was using a different value for GCPs after finishing * Isis Adjust Cnet Clip could have possibly clipped a GCP
Cnet_merge previously didn't handle GCPs correctly. Now when it runs into them, it holds and appends at the very end. Previously Isis_Adjust was re-triangulating GCPs. That was bad.
I also did some random clean up. It looked like the code was mixing ints and doubles.
This just gives a chance for the starting triangulation to be better. Also added some more comments on cnet_merge

Have the sections actually go by their input and output filenames instead of easy-to-read names. This gives the benefit of running this makefile multiple times and not always have to keep remaking the map projected cubes files or stereo products. Also, the --xyz option is no longer valid.
This is another way to reduce memory usage.
This should reduce some of the memory requirements.
Also added more information reporting in isis_adjust_camera_err and isis_adjust_cnet_clip
Most important new think is clipping if not near the surface.

It checks to make sure that the cameras are pointed forward on the same target so triangulation doesn't go backwards through the camera model.
This also enabled multiprocess writing of *-corrected.tif again for StereoSessionPinhole.
modified runReconstruct.sh to support these changes.
this generalizes for images taken outside the same orbit changed the function call api to allow for arbitrary data directory general code clean up for a fully paralel update
This goes through all input control networks and verifies the serial numbers.
