The stereo python script truncates negative numbers #42

If I try to run the python script wrapper as follows:

stereo --some-text -456

then this thing passes to stereo_pprc the following:

stereo_pprc --some-text -4

I don't see this is as a problem for now, but it may be in the future. Note that positive numbers are passed in correctly.

I ran into this again, when it was a true bug, such as --corr-search -100 -100 100 100 being replaced with --corr-search -1 -1 100 100, with Python interpretting -100 as a single-dash option; it usually replace any -something with -s. I put a fix.
