This module works only with Netatalk 2.x release series

What's Changed

Support for named home shares
When creating new configurations, they get appended to the bottom of the list
When editing existing configurations, they stay in place in the list (not moved to the bottom)
Remove obsoleted appledouble:osx option
Support the -notransall option (however useless)
List default virtual server if none defined
Show message when no shared volumes have been configured
Add page that displays the output of asip-status
Refresh UI icons
make install target now works on Red Hat / Fedora as well
Refactoring of library methods, reducing duplicated logic
