There are discrepancies when using cassandra 1.2, and astyanax 1.56.28, sqlsh, cql3

Here is what I did.

Created a simple table using cqlsh;

I can insert and query data from that table just fine using astyanax 1.56.28.

I am unable to query data in cqlsh that was inserted using astyanax

If I insert a row in cqlsh, I am unable to query it in astyanax.

According to my conversation on freenode #cassandra
"cql3 in 1.1 and cql3 in 1.2 are two different things. pretty sure there is no 1.2 clq3-final support" in astyanax 1.56.28

When setting up Astyanax make sure to call
new AstyanaxConfigurationImpl()
.setTargetCassandraVersion("1.2")
.setCqlVersion("3.0.0")

Yes, those are set. I can read and write data using cql3 and astyanax, I just can't view it in cqlsh.

My key was a varint, changed it to a varchar and these issues went away

I'm assuming that there isn't a problem here anymore, please reopen if you have questions.
