Sorry for the late response. This PR is not ready. It was for @gargrag to see what changes were required for G Suite. I guess he's mentioned he intends to create a separate adaptor for that purpose. |

This PR is only to visualize the changes required for making G Suite PKCE work but moving all that into a separate auth provider will be the a better way to provide this functionality IMO.
