Description

added on v3 fork phase 3:

  • create new assessor group with 3 assessors
  • set new assessor group as assessor for ALL product types

NOTE: this PR is behind #1478

Testing

  • tested on fork machine
  • added assertions locally (not committed) to verify assessors indeed belongs to newly created assessor group
  • added assertions locally (not committed) to verify newly created assessor group is set for ALL procduct types
