This update will check your database for consistency back 20000 blocks automatically. If your wallet happens to be on a height larger than 2798365, you will need to supply a command line parameter when you start it.
-checkblocks=number
Where number is the total blocks to check back. This will ensure you are able to recover from the malicious block at 2778366 without needing to bootstrap.
Legacy Deprecated - Preferred Upgrade
While this release will correct the issue in your 2.5.5 version, it is recommended that you upgrade to the Tritium core/Tritium wallet as this Legacy version is deprecated. You can continue to use it, but an upgrade will be required for Tritium mainnet activation.
