Website will run from the "Umbraco.sdf" (the SQL Server CE database) in the repo.
Log in to Umbraco with the username "admin" and the password "adminadmin".
Note that you need Visual Studio 2015. In particular, VS2015 runs NuGet package restore, which is necessary to get all the files required to run the website.
