Minecraft plugin for version 1.14-1.16.

Allow players to skip the night/thunder with less people sleeping.

Removal of the phantom mob spawn, also moving their drop to a bat with 100% chance of getting 1 membrane and other mob chosen in config.

1.1 Update:
-added /nodreams help - prints out help.
-added /nodreams reload - which reloads plugin.
-added /nodream <sleeping/phantoms> <true/false> - to change without accessing config file but this data is not saved and will be lost after restart/reload.
-commands are only usible with the permission nodreams or default as server operator.
-also added a tab complete when typing commands.
