Skip readings upload for X hours to Cloud after Sensor Start?

Hi everyone,

Mostly of the times when I start a sensor, even when is soaked for 12 or 24 hours, the first half of day or even the first whole day, the sensor readings aren't accurate.
To avoid having inaccurate information in Nightscout I always turn off the upload on the first day but sometimes I forget to re-enable it, so I have to upload the data to backfill the missing days.

I would like to ask if it is possible to have an option to select how many hours the upload to cloud is suspended after a Sensor Start is detected? In this case the reading data would automatically start after the selected time.

Do you think is worth it?
