Add MySQL, MariaDB and PostgreSQL to Travis CI test matrix #169

As suggested in #161 we should consider testing with other DB backends. I propose to leave sqlite the default for development and make use of all the MySQL, MariaDB and PostgreSQL versions available on Travis CI.

@tkdchen what DB versions would Nitrate support "officially" ? Is it only latest or any version in Travis if possible ? We could go with the latest of MySQL, MariaDB and Postgres and then add other versions if necessary.

Please assign to me and I will provide a POC.

It is okay to use above versions that are available in Fedora 25 repository as the minimal versions.
