This PR inits motorola-rav, otherwise known as moto g(8).

This is a device I got for its use of fastbootd, and it was really affordable. Perfect as a test device for really recent Motorola devices.

Nothing to extraordinary to say. Other than it includes changes initially written in #361; the dtbo.img things. Though in this PR it is cleaned-up for actual use.

Other than that. Ewwww its touchscreen and its issues with firmware.

Oh, and finally, this shows an example of simplefb somewhat working, but once DRM starts the framebuffer is trampled irreparably. It's odd how on razer-cheryl2 it seemingly is not an issue. I wonder why DRM here on motorola-rav.

For now true is the only expected value...

But I'm leaving the door open to a pattern to be used instead so that only some dtbo files are included in the build. That pattern would be given to the find command.
