nixpkgs manual: unfree packages are untested 
Resolves confusion mentioned in #31045.

I wouldn't think that most of them prohibit it, but OK (some of them certainly do).

Most do prohibit repackaging and redistribution, don't they? Some only execution with a valid license.

That's possible – I'm among the majority who don't waste time reading EULAs of SW. We also have specific unfree-redistributable* options...
