Issue description

As a newcomer to nixpkgs and MacOS user I've followed manual how to install haskell packages. Unfortunately second command in tutorial which is supposed to list available Haskell packages fails to execute:

$ nix-env -f "<nixpkgs>" -qaP -A haskellPackages
error: attribute ‘llvm-general-darwin’ missing, at /nix/store/.../haskell-modules/configuration-nix.nix:231:10

This was broken by refactoring done by @bennofs in the commit: 57507f0

Steps to reproduce

Run command nix-env -f "<nixpkgs>" -qaP -A haskellPackages on MacOS.

Technical details

  • System: OS X 10.11.5 / Darwin 15.5.0
  • Nix version: 1.11.7
  • Nixpkgs version: 17.09pre102737.c31c11e

haskellPackages.llvm-general-darwin: fix #23794
by hiding under llvm-general. There seems no use in a separately named
attribute.  The derivations are unchanged.
