I don't think we need to have 4 different versions of this in our repo. The latest plus one LTS should be enough. 1.8 can be removed anyway, it's EOL: https://subversion.apache.org/docs/release-notes/

This should probably be the default version. It says 'stable' on the website.

Stable, but not an LTS version, and only supported for 6 months. I think it's better to have the latest LTS version as default (currently 1.10).
