Tested on a local GNOME 3.36.1 installation, working as expected. Note that there's a bug in 3.36.1 regarding opening settings (Tudmotu/gnome-shell-extension-clipboard-indicator#203 (comment)), but that's apparently fixed in 3.36.2.
