  • Tested execution of all binary files (usually in ./result/bin/)
  • Determined the impact on package closure size (by running nix path-info -S before and after)
  • Ensured that relevant documentation is up to date

This currently fails with gitlab-shell:

Closing this PR, as I won't be able to do this upgrade any time soon.

The security fix in #92060 should be sufficient, but getting to >=13.1.x needs to be tackled eventually…
