Made changes to the super soldiers to be more "smart". Precursor to #45

The super soldiers will start ignoring the player until their anger conditions are met. For all but the juggernaut that is to be hurt or have their friends hurt or killed; for the former it is to simply be close to the thing. They were given very limited pathfinding, with the BAMRU given the most advance one. All but juggernaut will go docile when the player is weak. BAMRU has night vision so beware of it; you can see it in the dark but so can it see you! Armor and melee capabilities adjusted to match that of zombie soldiers and bio-operators. Gun range attacks adjusted to give more leeway for guns to be use but won't be used until the zombie is actually hostile.
