Dynamically hydrate contributors list

My idea is to create a script to fetch contributors using the GitHub API on the following list of repositories:

• CLI
• Vulnera
• CI
• Scanner
• Report
• JS-X-Ray
• npm-registry-sdk
• ossf-scorecard-sdk
• github
• gitlab
• flags

We ignore bots such as dependabot, github, step-security-bot, allcontributors ...

Then we generate HTML with it and update the landing page.

@fraxken if I understand correctly, the first step is to retrieve the list you created on https://github.com/NodeSecure/Governance/blob/main/contributors.json to hydrate the landing page, then later use github API to fetch on all listed repositories to complete this list ?
