Minor bug fixes when XHR failed while signing the addon

- Changed the user interface. No more options page. All features are brought to the front (such as "Save to File").
- Allows saving the CRX to file now as well
- The interface is more verbose, upload and download progress is shown, as well as errors.
- Supports Firefox on Android, versions 48+
- Saving to file uses the browsers built-in download mechanism, so it's easy to find
- Fixed the download URL for the Chrome Webstore, thanks to @RobW--W

Update to respect AMO policy of no common account for signing. Uses personal AMO accounts now. Also offers install as temporary addon as fallback, and as an option.

- Lands fix for why many things would fail the signing process
- Also on fail it does write the xpi to disk if "Save" preference is enabled
- Fixed up a bug where the notification bar was not consistent in new windows
- Had to remove French locale for now, as I changed up the strings a lot
