I installed the homebridge-alexa plugin and it works fine for me. However, I found this version of the homebridge, which also seems to be developed by @NorthernMan54. Now I wonder, which one I should prefer?

In case of @NorthernMan54's Homebridge, I would like to delete my account on https://homebridge.cloudwatch.net again, since it seems not be required anymore. But how to do so?

@drtp that link you found is for my original version of support for amazon Alexa. And that version has a number of limitations like support for echo v2 devices and types of HomeKit devices supported. And I have stopped supporting it. The homebridge-Alexa version is the most recent version which fixes a lot of limitations in the original
