Subject: [PATCH] chore: add FUNDING.yml, swap ko-fi button for markdown
 GitHub-style variant

Brings this repo in line with the other NosCore repos: GitHub Sponsors
button wired through .github/FUNDING.yml, and the old CDN ko-fi image
replaced with the official ko-fi githubbutton_sm.svg markdown.
