Screenshots have wrong ClearType setting #596
From codeplex (http://nuget.codeplex.com/workitem/2598)
This seems to be the only single way to get in contact with whoever is making NuGet... So I'm trying.
Just wanted to let you know that all screenshots on your website nuget.org use wrong ClearType text smoothing. It may be due to the uncommon monitor you happen to be using, but I've actually never seen this reversed ClearType pattern anywhere else. Using an on-screen magnifier you can easily recognise that the red and blue fringes of the text are at the opposite sides than the text outside your images. This makes your screenshots look eye-hurting and less readable.
What makes me wonder is that you use different ClearType patterns within the same image, like here: http://nuget.org/content/images/hero.png - How did you manage to do that? Is that an edited image? The upper part (looks like Visual Studio UI) is okay, but the package entries and details look horrible.
When publishing screenshots, I think it would be a good idea to use a monitor with a widespread RGB pattern, or disable subpixel antialiasing at all.
