OAE

OAE stands for Ontology of Adverse Events

The OAE is a community-based biomedical ontology in the domain of adverse event. OAE covers the the adverse events followed by medical interventions, such as drug administration or vaccination.

OAE is developed by following the OBO Foundry principles. OAE is an OBO library ontology: http://obofoundry.org/ontology/oae.html.
