Using an uppercase extension triggers "Format is not Supported" error
Renaming the file solves it

My box is using Nextcloud 12.0.4 and the latest onlyoffice app (from store)

How to reproduce

  1. Say you have a file named myfile.DOC
  2. You use "Open in ONLYOFFICE" on it and accept the conversion
  3. It fails and shows Format is not supported

Workaround

  1. Rename the file using a lowercase extension (eg. from DOC to doc) > myfile.doc
  2. You use "Open in ONLYOFFICE" on it and accept the conversion
  3. Conversion works as intended

Not sure if this should be fixed at the owncloud/nextcloud app or at the Document Server.
I guess it is doable on both.

Cheers!
Gus
