@johrstrom is this expected to work out of the box on Ubuntu? We had a user report that setting ood_portal_generator to true causes failures in the portal. We can default the var to false in DeepOps for Ubuntu, but it seems like other people not using DeepOps might run into it.

This was fixed in #94 and released in version v1.8.1.
