On macOS, CMAKE_SIZEOF_VOID_P is not defined, which causes issues while running find_package(PROJ). The error was:

CMake Error at /tmp/proj_cmake_install/lib/cmake/proj/proj-config-version.cmake:32 (elseif):
  given arguments:
    "NOT" "(" "APPLE" "OR" "(" "NOT" "DEFINED" "CMAKE_SIZEOF_VOID_P" ")" "OR" "CMAKE_SIZEOF_VOID_P" "EQUAL" ")"
  Unknown arguments specified

This was found while investigating #2077 where it will eventually be checked on Travis CI.
