After release of https://github.com/OSGeo/grass/releases/tag/8.4.0 the new stable version is G8.4.0. Hence all version variables are updated accordingly. For sake of clarity, "old_current" has been renamed to "old" in filenames. Crontab updated as well. Addresses OSGeo/grass#4099

Version updates in comments (was unfortunately missing from OSGeo#1147). For sake of clarity, "new_current" has been renamed to "current_stable" in filenames. Crontab updated accordingly (needs to be deployed on server by MN). Also addresses OSGeo/grass#4099
