Describe the bug

Workspace file cannot be saved due to a SbManager issue with IsShown.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Get GUI, any state
  2. Try saving workspace from anywhere in GUI
  3. See an error message dialog

Additional context
This is due to missing update in workspace code works for the new SbManager.
