[Feat] Ability to rename database name in data catalog for easier viewing

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
With several grass databases with long path names, I need to make the data catalog window very wide, or hover over each one to find the one I need.

Describe the solution you'd like
The option to rename databases (or rather, define an alias), similar to how you can 'rename' layers in the Layers menu.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Current options, hoovering over the database to get the full path and name is not optimal, but Ok.
