OWASP Foundation Bylaws

The repository containing the content of the OWASP Foundation Bylaws in Markdown.

The content of this repository were created by extracting the text from the PDF version located on the OWASP wiki ByLaws page by Matt Tesauro on March 7, 2017.

All updates to the Bylaws require a vote by the OWASP Foundation Board of Directors. However, if you have feedback, issues or suggested changes in the Bylaws, please feel free to submit a Github issue or a Pull-Request (PR) with your proposed changes against this repository.
