Remove rbsec from project team

Based on the actions taken today, I am stepping down from the cheat sheets core team with immediate effect.

This project is meant to be a collaborative effort to create high quality, peer reviewed guidance for developers to follow. I have on interest in staying involved and continuing to contribute to a project where one of the project leads decides to make significant and unilateral changes in this manner.

All commits I made have been reversed. I surrender. I understand how upset you are after your hard work was reverted. Please understand that John Steven and I put hundreds of hours into the original cheatsheet and had all of that work reversed out */without talking to us/*, and it feels bad, just like how bad you feel when I did the same. But I reversed my changes and surrender to the process. - Jim
