Can not view different pages for Releases, Artifacts and History on the Releases page #2574

When viewing the Releases, Artifacts or the History on the Releases page you are not able to view subsequent pages for more than a couple of seconds before it swaps back to page 1.

Steps to replicate.
Tested on demo under OctoFX Rate Service.

-Go to Projects.
-Select a Project.
-Click on Releases.
-Select a Release.
-On the right side where the list of Releases, Artifacts and History is.
-Click the right arrow to go to page 2.
-You will be taken back to page 1 after a couple of seconds.

Release Note: Release and Task screens correctly retain the page selections for lists (e.g. Artifacts and History)
