Tasks for SSH targets are not cancelled if they are waiting for a script mutex #3176

Tasks block if another task is running a script with full isolation on a SSH target. If that blocked task is then cancelled, it hangs until the mutex can be aquired. The cancellation is not passed to the mutex wait.
