Given a package

versiontest.14.27.2.0223-uat.zip

and a project with "Release versioning" set to "use the version number from an included package"

First release

octo.exe create-release --version="14.27.2.0223-uat.i" ... gives release version 14.27.2.0223-0

Second, gives 14.27.2.0223-uat.1

Also

14.27.2.0223-uat.i.blaa.i would give 14.27.2.0223-uat.2.0.1.
