API keys still valid for 10-15 minutes after a user account is disabled #4779

When disabling a users account, the API keys are still valid for 10-15 minutes. The same holds when enabling the user, the API keys are invalid for 10-15 minutes.
This is presumably to do with the cache not being invalidated when a user is updated.

Release Note: API keys are now immediately removed from the server cache when a user is disabled or deleted
