Step template usages are not sorted alphabetically #5037

Prerequisites

The enhancement

The usages of a step template are not sorted alphabetically:

We should sort it alphabetically by project name and step name:

Workarounds

This is a usability improvement only - it is still possible to see all usages, its just not as easy as it could be to find the ones you care about.
