Customers have requested the ability to ditch their windows servers and run Octopus Server on Linux.

We have ported Server to Linux for our own hosted platform use. It does still have some rough edges and not quite ready of customer consumption. It's likely we'll release it as a docker container.

This is not currently on our Roadmap (which looks ~2 months ahead), but keep an eye on https://octopus.com/company/roadmap to find out when (if) we commit to it.

@droyad could you please tell me how could I use the Octopus Server on Linux as an alpha version? I knew that it has been completely ported to Linux.
