Get Support App

Documentation Deployment guide

Power App for any scenario where a user requires emergency assistance from a Supervisor.

The Get Support App can be used by organisations who are using Microsoft Teams to enable any set of users to request assistance from supervisors. This app contains two parts:

  • PowerApp to raise and deal with escalations
  • PowerBI to analyze trends and patterns with escalations

Features include:

  • Requesting assistance on different categories from a Power App
  • Adaptive cards posted in supervisors Teams that allows them to assign themselves to assist
  • Reminders sent at a configurable interval
  • Reminders sent for a configurable number of occasions
  • Notifications sent to requestor informing them of who has been assigned
  • Notifications sent to assigned supervisor informing them of who needs assistance
  • Audit trail held in SharePoint site
