本利用規約は、SRPGギアMV/MZに含まれるプラグイン・画像素材およびサンプルゲームに関する利用条件を定めたものです。
本規約を十分にお読みいただき、同意の上でご利用ください。
- プラグイン・画像素材：以下に含まれるものを指します。

- サンプルゲーム：参考用に制作されたサンプルプロジェクトを指します。
3.1 プラグイン・画像素材の利用

プラグイン・画像素材は無償で利用が可能です。

著作権は放棄されておらず、各著作権者に帰属します。

加工・改変したプラグイン・画像素材は無償で配布することが可能です。
o 加工・改変後の再配布においても本規約の適用を受けます。
o 有償での再配布や販売は禁止です。ただし、任意の寄付を受け付けることは可能です。

プラグインについてはMITライセンスに基づき公開されており、同ライセンスの範囲内で自由に利用できます。

クレジット表記は任意です。
表記例：
製作：Tkool SRPG team（有明タクミ、RyanBram、Dr.Q、Shoukang、Boomy）
協力：アンチョビさん、エビさん、Tsumioさん
- 利用報告は不要です。
3.2 サンプルゲームの利用

サンプルゲームは制作の参考として無償で利用が可能です。

サンプルゲームの内容（マップ、イベント、データベース等）を複製・改変して利用することも可能です。

サンプルゲームの著作権は放棄されておらず、各著作権者に帰属します。

サンプルゲームのタイトル画像は素材に含まれません。二次使用は禁止です。

サンプルゲームを改変したゲーム（サンプルゲームを元にしていることが明白なゲーム、例：翻訳版など）の制作や無償での配布は可能です。

サンプルゲームそのものの二次配布や、サンプルゲームを改変したゲームの有償配布や販売は認められていません。ただし、任意の寄付の受付は可能です。
- 本素材およびサンプルゲームを利用したことによるいかなる損失・損害・第三者との紛争についても、制作者および配布元は一切の責任を負いません。
o 例：データの破損や紛失、他のプラグインとの競合による動作不良
- 他のプラグインとの競合については、原則ご自身で対応をお願いいたします。
以下の行為は、上記利用規約の範囲内であっても禁止されます。

著作権や商標権を侵害する行為

良識の範囲を超える行為
o あからさまな自作発言
o 公序良俗や法律に反する行為
o 他者の権利（著作権、商標権、プライバシー権など）を侵害する行為
o 悪意あるプログラムの組み込み
o 誹謗中傷や差別、犯罪行為を目的とした作品への利用
o その他、不適切と認められる行為

本素材およびサンプルゲームの公開が終了した場合も、利用規約の範囲内で、すでにダウンロードされた素材を引き続き利用することが可能です。ただし、新規のサポートや更新は提供されません。

本利用規約は予告なく変更される場合があります。変更が行われた場合、公式サイト（おひさまクラフト）で通知されます。

By using these materials, you agree to abide by these Terms.
- Plugins and Image Materials: This includes the following contents within the "Materials" folder:

o Plugins located in the "plugins" folder
- Sample Games: Refers to the sample projects created for reference purposes.
3.1 Usage of Plugins and Image Materials

Plugins and image materials are available for free use.

Copyrights are retained by their respective owners and are not waived.

Modification and redistribution of the plugins and image materials are permitted, provided they are distributed for free.
o Modified versions are also subject to these Terms.
o Redistribution or commercial sale is prohibited; however, voluntary donations are permissible.

The plugins are released under the MIT License, allowing free use within the scope of this license.

Credit attribution is optional but appreciated.

3.2 Usage of Sample Games

Sample games may be used free of charge for development reference purposes.

The contents of the sample games (maps, events, databases, etc.) may be copied, modified, and utilized.

Copyrights for the sample games remain with their respective owners and are not waived.

The title images of the sample games are not included as materials and may not be reused.

Creation and free distribution of modified games based on the sample games (e.g., translations) are permitted.

Redistribution of the sample games or commercial distribution of modified versions is not allowed, although voluntary donations are permissible.
- The creators and distributors shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or disputes with third parties arising from the use of these materials or sample games.
o Examples include data corruption, data loss, or malfunctions caused by conflicts with other plugins.
- Users are responsible for resolving any conflicts with other plugins independently.
The following actions are prohibited:

Infringement of copyrights or trademarks

Actions that exceed reasonable boundaries, such as:
o Falsely claiming authorship
o Violating public order or legal statutes
o Infringing on the rights of others (copyright, trademark, privacy, etc.)
o Incorporating malicious programs
o Using the materials in works intended for defamation, discrimination, or criminal purposes
o Any other actions deemed inappropriate

Even if the distribution of these materials and sample games ceases, users may continue to use previously downloaded materials under these Terms. However, no further support or updates will be provided.
