What is WebBuilder?

A set of PHP scripts that generates a responsive website using Bootstrap 4

How does it work?

WebBuilder builds a responsive website based on a set of text files (notepad) that the user can easily update.

Improve PHP code, migrate to Bootstrap 5 when that become general available.
