Help, my MFA device is lost broken and I can't login

It's unfortunate but it does happen. Shiny new smartphones fall out of pockets and get lost in taxi's, gutters, rivers, etc.. Thankfully users generally have 2 options.

If, like the intelligent and diligent user you are, you saved/backed up your MFA secret during setup you can simply restore/import your secret to your new device and be on your way.

If, however, you have the unfortunate situation of not having a backup there is still a recovery option. You can get in touch with the Omni support team and we can assist you in having the MFA device/restrictions removed from your account. Note: It is highly recommended that you have an email address associated with your account to aid/speed up the verification of your requests.
