Ontology for MicroRNA Target (OMIT)

The OMIT is an application ontology in the microRNA (miRNA) field, aiming to provide a common, standardized set of terms and relations that will facilitate the discovery, curation, analysis, and reasoning of miRNA structural, functional, and sequence data. Domain includes both natural and engineered miRNA.
