test incompatibility issue with time-machine 3.0.0

time-machine 3.0.0 was released yesterday, and now tests seem to fail with that version

FAILED tests/rest/auth/test_cli.py::test_oidc_auth_device_flow_no_config_all_defaults - AttributeError: 'TimeMachineFixture' object has no attribute 'coordinates'

tests are compatible now with time-machine 3.0.0 (in addition to at least 2.13.0)
