Because it is easier for me to work in OpenSCAD and I had to adjust some gaps for my printer, I re-created the 1.6mm design completely in OpenSCAD. All parameters are adjustable, although I have only really tested it with 1.6mm PCB height, so I can not guarantee that there are no bugs.
I added STL files of my current final version as well.
I also wrote a small blog post about this.
