Uncomplete file .m after exporting simulation to Matlab Differential Equation #265
Hello, I'm using Mobi and Matlab 2015b (32 bit version, academic license) both on Windows 10, and the model I'm working on is Glucose Insulin Model (master), in Moby I'm trying to export the Differential equations for Matlab of GIM_Healty simulation (because I need to change the value of some coefficents and parameters in Matlab and plot some graphs) using right click on GIM_Healty simulation and selecting "Export Simulation to Matlab Differential Equation", but when I choose the folder where I want the files to be saved I have this message from Mobi "Table formulas with offset not supported by Matlab export. FormulaId=28346 . For more information or questions, please visit the Open System Pharmacology Forum. " (I did not have changed any value/parameter etc.), and if I try to open ODERHSfunction.m (that Mobi has generated) it seems kinda uncomplete beacuse the file ends in this precise way " P_5152 = ( " and of course I cannot run it on Matlab since it throws errors for the uncomplete file (the other 2 files that Mobi has generated are complete, the only uncomplete file is this one).
One more thing (this one is less urgent), I'm using Mobi also in another computer with Windows 10, and since some days journal, journal diagram, building blocks, simulation have disappeared (I did not remove any of these), I've tryed to restore all of them clicking on Views and selecting them but nothing happens (even if I tape Ctrl+Shift+B and the others nothing changes, same when I load a project). I've also tryed uninstalling Open System Pharmacology and reinstalling it, but nothing has changed (I've this problem only with Mobi, Pk-Sim is okay). Is there a way for manually "restoring" Moby with all default settings or something like that just to try if this can solve the problem?
Please if you can try to explain in a simply and clear way.

I would recommend using the MoBi-Toolbox for Matlab for working with simulations from Matlab (or R) rather then using the ODE export. The toolbox allows to change parameter values and access simulation results. The toolbox is provided with the OSPS installation and can be found under "C:\Program Files (x86)\Open Systems Pharmacology\MoBi Toolbox for Matlab 7.3". The basic steps of working with the toolbox are described in the documentation.
The second problem sounds like this one.
