Agent armor does not repair after mission #717

If armor is damaged during battle, it does not go back to full protection after the mission is over. If the armor is placed back into inventory, the protection gets restored. There does not have to be any other pieces of that type in order for this to occur. For example, I had an agent with a damaged Megapol helmet. With zero Megapol helmets in my inventory, I removed the helmet from the agent, and the helmet was restored to full protection. This means it didn't need additional pieces to become "full health." Going into a new mission does not restore the protection, and letting time pass (I tried 12 hours) in the Cityscape does not repair it. This is with build OpenApoc-v0.1-610-gf7e32d29 and with the EWM installed.
