+A form can be locked by publishing it (orange publish button in the form-header area). Any updates on a published form creates a new version of the form. The old versions are available for API clients (mobile-app). Draft version can be created from the published forms for testing (create draft version button at the bottom of the page). The dtaft version is only available the creator of the draft (by default). The draft version can be publised in the published branch of the form.
