Save settings and temporary way to handle relative path

I use the plugin in my project recently, and I make some fixes on it.

• serialize some objects of settings to save the config chosen before

• convert relative path to direct path when using config file (not elegant, but it can use)

I am new to C#, maybe you can give me some advice.

I forgot to update this issue but OpenCppCoverage Plugin 0.9.7.0 saves settings by project (Latest version is OpenCppCoverage Plugin 0.9.7.1).
