Support for ESP32-WROVER used in Inkplate 6

Hi! Love the project, much better than me hacking together ad-hoc Arduino firmwares to display Homeassistant data :) I have an Inkplate 6 that uses the ESP32-WROVER SoC, is that compatible with one of the currently-supported SoCs or is it its own thing? Getting information on the different ESP32 flavors is kinda hard. Thanks!

I have a working version for the ESP32 that I did not push yet. I will try to push it tomorrow and give you a config to try for your screen

I got the Inkplate6 Color here. Any change i can test a build for you and check if tis working?

I added support for the base ESP32 but dont have any board to test it with currently. Let me know if it works or if more changes are needed
